What has changed
What you experience differently in the app, release by release. New things first.
1.6.13 18 October 2026
New
- Search now finds names without their special letters: “manti” finds “Mantı”, “creme legere” finds “Crème légère”.
- A piece count now carries the weight beside it: “7 carrots (≈ 490 g)”.
Fixed
- Preparation belongs in the step: the ingredient list names ingredients, the dicing and grating is in the method.
1.6.12 7 October 2026
New
- Apple Health and Health Connect have a page of their own: steps and active calories for today, yesterday and the week.
- The imprint is now under Profile in the app.
- Sign-up asks only for the year of birth, and you can change it in your profile.
Fixed
- Reporting works again: reported recipes, posts and names reach the operator.
- The tip of the day comes only after sign-in and lies over the app instead of replacing it.
- In group challenges the others now see only the values you have shared.
- A daily target below 800 kcal can no longer be saved; the app says what to change.
1.6.11 6 October 2026
New
- Weekly kitchen: prepare the bases once a week, in the evening you only assemble.
- Start a new week: swipe or shuffle, and your plan grows from it.
- Recipes now come from the server: always current, and the app stays small.
- Every ingredient has an amount, plus doneness, mise en place and the time per step.
- Fibre and omega-3 as daily targets, ALA and EPA/DHA kept apart.
- Every health statement names the body that published it.
- Export your data under Article 20 GDPR, in your profile.
Fixed
- The steps are back in the recipe's order, and the minute tells you when to start.
1.6.9 1 October 2026
New
- No more alcohol in the recipes: wine becomes stock, lemon or rice vinegar.
- The line above the recipe gives numbers instead of “a lot more” and counts the cooking method.
Fixed
- The plan form no longer forgets your input when you go back.
1.6.8 23 September 2026
New
- Help and the tutorials have been rewritten, following the feedback from the test programme.
- Quitting and signing out ask first instead of just doing it.
1.6.6 17 September 2026
New
- The four verdicts sit side by side, the word below the button.
Fixed
- In the recipe view the verdict buttons were cut off.
- In some places the form of address used the wrong case.
1.6.5 16 September 2026
New
- Large type, motion you can switch off and a description on every recipe image: the app has been tested for accessibility.
- The weekly plan fills itself with suggestions instead of staying empty.
- A back button on every sheet that fills the screen.
Fixed
- The filters on the swipe stack did nothing.
1.6.3 14 September 2026
New
- 300 children's recipes for lunch and dinner, with images and in seven languages.
- Several filters can be set at once, and the stack remembers them.
- Foodmatch notifications can be muted for a while.
Fixed
- The aversion filter let through dishes you had ruled out.
- The swipe stack went round in circles.
1.6.1 12 September 2026
New
- If an ingredient is missing, the substitute stands right next to it: “Not at hand?”
- The daily target can be entered by hand, for example from a dietary consultation.
- Everyone at the table gets their own amount instead of one number for all.
Fixed
- The shopping list counted the household twice.
- Prices for ingredients measured in millilitres were far too high.
1.6.0 10 September 2026
Fixed
- Vegetarians were offered fish because the dietary profile did not follow through.
1.5.0 9 September 2026
New
- The tutorial fills the screen. Each area explains itself the first time you open it, and swiping comes with a drawing of all four directions.
- An undo button next to the four verdicts. The last rating can be taken back, even once the card is gone.
- The pseudonym can be changed in the profile, and each one exists only once.
- The shortlist shows your own vote on every dish. From two people in the household on, a dish needs two votes to appear there.
- Dates are written the way your country writes them.
Fixed
- Someone joining your household only showed up for you after restarting the app.
- On narrow screens the text of some pages stuck to the left edge.
1.4.0 4 September 2026
New
- The first release in early access, at Google and at Apple.
